Directly across from Ethan Allen Park, you’ll have easy access to scenic walking trails, picnic areas, and panoramic overlooks. If you’re drawn to water activities, Burlington’s North Avenue beaches are just a short stroll, bike ride, or drive away—perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or taking in breathtaking views of Lake Champlain.

Renting all three cottages together comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Each cottage includes a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized pullout sofa in the living area, providing plenty of room for family or friends. Skylights flood the interiors with natural light, highlighting lofty ceilings and beautiful wooden details. Designed for comfort in any season, each cottage is well insulated and features centrally ducted heating and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchens make it easy to prepare quick breakfasts or memorable group dinners.
